Question 1: What are your prices?

Full membership starts at $197 a month. There are discounts available for yearly billing, and partial membership available as well. Ask about any unique scenarios during your tour.

Question 2: What hours are you open?

Full members get access to the space 24/7 via digital key access. There are security cameras on premise, and the lights are activated via motion sensor. Staff is available to answer calls and text messages M-F, 9-5.

Question 3: Do you have meeting rooms?

Yes. We have a large boardroom available for rent, a smaller flex room, and you can rent any non-occupied privates offices at a day rental rate. There are booking links for each through the community portal, and different membership tiers receive different discounts per month.

Question 4: Am I locked into a contract?

No. All billing is month-to-month. Cancel anytime before you next billing date. If you pay annually for a discount, there is still no contract, but cancelling will be effective on your renewal date.
